This is a completed event.

Description:

In the ever changing landscape of Deaf education, the newest statistics tell us that approximately 40% of children identified with hearing loss also have other disabilities. In this free training, you will receive practical, hands on instructional strategies to use with students who have a hearing loss as well as additional disabilities. The focus will be on early language and literacy skills. This training is intended for teachers and professionals working with students in Virginia ages 2-21.

Presented by: Robin Bliven, VSDB Outreach Services Director
