This virtual presentation by Wanda Council, VDOE Specialist for Sensory Disabilities, Tracey Yurechko, Project Director of the Technical Assistance Center for Children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Robin Bliven, Director of Outreach Services, Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind, will provide an overview of several language evaluation and assessment tools that can be used by professionals to assess the receptive and expressive language development of young children (ages birth-five years) who are deaf and hard of hearing.
